How long does it take?The typical project timeline is around 3-5 weeks. This depends on how soon you can send over all your assets beforehand: photos, copy, third-party platforms information to integrate, ect. Any project deadlines will always be our #1 priority, and we will keep you updated if we think anything outside of our control may affect that.

How does the payment work?We require a 50% deposit before the design process begins, and the remaining balance is due before we send over the final site.

Which website builder do you use?We build websites for our clients on different platforms: Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Katra, Kajabi, Shopify, Weebly, Showit, ect . It really depends on your needs and we can decide which builder we use when we have a discovery call with you to learn more about your needs. In terms of easy to manage and edit, we truly believe that Wix is the best platforms for your website goals. Whether you're looking to start out small and scale in a year or two, or you want to go big straight away, Wix is the most flexible platforms.

How much does it cost to build a website?The price can range anywhere between $1500 and $7000 depending on how big your site will be and whether you'll want any extra features like online payment, online booking, ecommerce, ect.

Can you redesign my existing website?Yes, we are more than happy to revamp, add more pages or make improvement to your existing website, but in some cases, it's best to rebuild your website on a platform that is going to work better for you. We will provide options during our discovery call so you can make a decision easier.

Will it be easy to manage for me after you design it?Yes, it will. You can update your text or replace images easily. We will record a tutorial video of how to update your site on your own upon request.

What copy will I need to provideOnce we officially kick things off, we'll send over couple of templates for you to look through, then you can create your copy and send back to us before the start date. We also partner with Copywriter who can help you with copywriting as well.

We'll schedule a discovery call to outline your project and visual goals, discuss your brand strategy and set the deadlines. Please note that we require a 50% deposit before starting a project.
02. Design
We design with strategy, creativity and confidence at the forefront of our minds. Your website is specifically created to attract your ideal viewers and connect deeper with those who share your values as a business.
03. Revision
We will complete and refine the design through 2 or 3 rounds of revisions depending on your package.
04. Delivery & Launch
Do you hear the champagne opening? I sure do. Let's celebrate because your business just got a digital storefront! You'll get the access to your site, along with any necessary tutorials to help you get started the right way.
