1. Facebook:
Profile photo: Your profile photo represents you or your brand. It must be at least 180 x 180 pixels
Facebook cover: Cover photo appears on your page at 820 x 312 pixels. Beware - anything smaller will be stretched!
Post: Images that are share in a post have recommended size of 1,200 x 628 pixels
Tips: Use your company logo for your profile picture and use a photo that speaks to who you are as a brand for your cover photo!
2. Instagram:
Profile photo: Your profile photo appear on your home page at 110 x 110 pixels
Instagram Feed: Individual image uploads on your Instagram feed can be square or rectangular at 1,080 x 1,080 pixels for square or 4:5 ratio for rectangular.
Instagram stories: Use the recommended resolution of 1080 x 1920 or an aspect ratio of 9:16
Tips: With more than 300 million daily users, Instagram Stories are a good place to focus now.
3. Youtube:
Profile photo: It should be 800 x 800 pixels. Be sure to use the company logo so people can easily identify your brand.
Video thumbnail photo: If you'd like to create custom thumbnails for your YouTube videos, be sure to use images that are 1,280 x 720 pixels.
Cover photo: Like many other social networks, YouTube allows you to upload a cover photo for your channel. The recommended image size is 2,560 x 1,440 pixels.
Tips: Even though YouTube cover photos (Youtube Channel Art) require a very large image, only a sliver of this photo is visible on Desktop and mobile. Make sure to check your cover photo and adjust the crop using YouTube's channel art tool before publishing.
4. LinkedIn:
Profile photo: Upload your company logo image ensures customers and employees can easily identify your company profile. Your company logo image should be 400 x 400 pixels.
Cover photo: The company business background image covers the entire top of the page. It is recommended you upload an image around 1,584 x 768 pixels.
Post: Images that are shared in a post have a recommended size of 1,104 x 736 pixels.
Tips: LinkedIn is the world's largest professional network. Make sure that your posts are appropriate for the audience and focus on building relationships with industry leaders or sourcing employees rather than purely driving traffic or customers.
